If they can’t get the job done they’ll still charge you. Other shops in town won’t do that. I’m not upset that the job couldn’t be completed as this was discussed as a possibility, but there was no transparency that I would still be responsible for the $2500 charges. That’s the issue. The labor should have been waved at the very least.
I’m very pleased with the quality service I received at D&L Motorsports on my 2019 Mazda. They quickly identified some issues it had and had it repaired and running great in a reasonable time. They were extremely polite and kind and clearly explained everything the car needed done. I’m very happy with my service experience at D&L. Thanks so much! I would recommend to friends and return when the need may arise!
