Why do I share? Because people matter. Dr. Curtis has a great personality, but I appreciate honesty more. He told me that my daughter needed two teeth pulled - the sense of urgency was great on his part as he quickly recommended an orthodontist, which I’m sure was a friend. I learned however, that the teeth actually had two more years before they would become a concern and need pulling. 🤔
Dr. Kennon did an awesome job with my 2 year old! Very personable and fantastic with kids!
Update, I finally got through to the people who can resolve my issue with the insurance and they genuinely want to make it right. I very much appreciated that. When I first called I asked if I was in network for my insurance. They confirmed yes. I sent them all of my details and they said they would get me scheduled that day. 4 days go by. I had to reach out to them again to get my daughter scheduled. Dr Curtis is the best. He has been our dentist for many years. My older kids aged out and he still sees my school age kids. We love him because he made my autistic son comfortable by limiting as much stimuli as possible while he was doing his exam. I would give him an additional star for his patience and kindness with my son
