The doctors are good, but the staff experience was horrible. The front desk lady was disrespectful and unprofessional. I had been waiting almost two months for this appointment, and I arrived only 10 minutes late because of traffic. Instead of trying to accommodate me, they rescheduled me for another month. Very disappointing customer service and lack of respect for patients’ time.
Dr. Curtis and his staff are incredible. My kiddo is autistic and they are so patient and just overall wonderful with kids. This office is kid friendly and even the lobby is set up for kiddos to move comfortably.
If you or a loved one has a *special needs child*, please read my story and give Dr Curtis a hug from Cash (my precious son). My boys have been patients of Dr Curtis for nearly 13 years. My youngest son (8yo) is adopted and disabled. Before our adoption was fully legal, Cash had no dental insurance. Because of his genetic deletion, Cash had MANY dental concerns. Great dentistry. The doctor is great with kids and takes time to explain everything to you.
We had a great first visit to this dentist. Saw both our kids, our daughter they suggested a thing for her palate. Then after our visit they never followed up about this thing they wanted for her palate, I called 6 times and never got a follow up. Then they called us the day before our next appointment to tell us they no long accepted our insurance. Idk how that works but it was in November and it seems like they should’ve known more than a day in advance. Just a really bad experience. Unfortunate for a pediatric dentist.
