We had a great first visit to this dentist. Saw both our kids, our daughter they suggested a thing for her palate. Then after our visit they never followed up about this thing they wanted for her palate, I called 6 times and never got a follow up. Then they called us the day before our next appointment to tell us they no long accepted our insurance. Idk how that works but it was in November and it seems like they should’ve known more than a day in advance. Just a really bad experience. Unfortunate for a pediatric dentist.
Waited 2 years for my kids surgery he put off 3 or 4 times I gave him 500 prior for the surgery and here we are 3 years later received a check for 189.00 said we wouldn't get back the rest do to us canceling smh do not use this dentist straight crook I guess the rest went to he range rover payment
We have had two visit at Dr. Curtis' office now and have been impressed each time. He is very kind and I love that he is very knowledgeable and teaches at every visit. He also allows parents to be at the helm of medical decisions which is very appreciated and can be extremely hard to find. He knows how dental development affects the development of the airway and has addressed things that no other dentist has - things that make me know that he understands how dentistry fits into the health of a child as a whole and into a hol... read more
Today was the first time in with my 7yr old. The whole staff was great and made him comfortable. The hygienist was very sweet with him and walked me through everything. Dr.Curtis was also great with him and found things to talk about with him before staring to out him at ease. They both took the time to answer all my questions and gave plenty of information.
