Do not use this company. I paid them $3,000 down to remove 3 large trees. They worked for 1 and a half days, then nothing. No contact for months unless we called and left multiple messages. Never called us, never offered a solution to their excuse of "losing their employee". The longest conversation consisted of Derek screaming and cursing at me over the phone. Very unprofessional. Run away fast.
We used this small family company last year to take down a beast of a tree and grind the stump. We had a fun situation because they couldn’t drive their equipment in our yard without it being dry or they would tear up our yard. They were so considerate and planned around a very rainy season.
