I have used them at least once and maybe twice. When I expressed concern that the siding on my dormers on the second story was not coming clean, I was advised that was the best that they could do. Well the best that they could do earned me a violation notice from my homeowners association for a dirty home exterior. I ended up having to climb a 28 foot ladder to scrub the dormer siding clean myself. I recommend that they use their vans to make deliveries for Amazon.com. That is all that they are good for in my opinion.
