I and my family are there several times, mostly due to lack of options..... the hamburgers were never fully cooked and always had to be sent back to be recooked.... Service was always sub parr, sloppy and slow !!! On a brighter note I think their Patty Melt is to die for....It was my personal favorite....

Great food and service. Great atmosphere, the store has lots of goodies as well.
The service was slow as molasses in the middle of winter. We had to search for the waitress. Wasn't greeted upon arriving. I would have rated it a 1 but the stuffed mushrooms and swiss burger was good. Total time of wait for food one hour ten minutes.
