The store proprietor is a knowledgeable gentleman who provides focused customer service. Today, he took great care of a sentimental pendant that needed some work. I was impressed with his compassion and his honest demeanor, and you can trust that his service is well worth whatever the cost may be.
Firstly I want to say that I was concerned about leaving my diamond ring to get repaired because I didn’t trust any place but I was wrong. Very quick and reliable service. Prices were reasonable!
The owners great! He’s a very kind man and infinitely helpful. He is my go to guy for all my jewelry needs.
