Jake was fantastic!! He explained everything very clearly to me, and went over in detail the maintenance plans, and I will be signing up for one. This has been the second time I used D & K, and I am an extremely satisfied customer.
Cannot recommend enough. Our AC broke on one of the hottest days of summer, our internal house temp was 90°+. They were able to come out quickly to evaluate. We needed a whole new AC unit and while themselves and many other businesses were over a week out they made calls to rearrange schedules and squeeze us in less than 48 hours later. So grateful!
