After my new roof was installed I had a glitch with my solitaire (never use them) sky light. Mitch and his son were very prompt in resolving the matter. This is a most reliable, honest, and trustworthy company! I will use them again for any roofing project!!
Son Tran came knocking at my door around 4 p.m. to inspect my property. I was very apprehensive because I’ve had roofers done a horrible job in the past. He was very transparent with me from a to z and walked me through how the process works. Answered all my questions and resolved any issues I had on the spot. I met Steven Van Meter cold. Based on the rapport we built, I decided to take the next step—and then the next—ultimately following the process all the way through. We ended up pushing my insurance claim as far as it would go: adjuster, impasse, appraisal, and even the threat of an umpire. Steven and his team helped me get comfortable and walked me through the entire process. I now have a new roof, new gutters, and fresh stain. This is not a straightforward process, and you need good people guiding you. I recommend Steven.
I recently had my roof and gutters replaced by D & K Contracting. Steven Van Meter came to my door and said he noticed damage on my roof and gutters. I was apprehensive about letting him look because I was burned before. He met with my claims adjuster and they both agreed on the terms to replace the roof, gutters and fix the chimney. The process and end result was excellent. Steven was always on site making sure everything went smoothly and answered any questions I had. Kudos to D & K Contracting and Steven Van Meter.
D & K Contracting has replaced our roof and performed other maintenance needs such as fence repair and stain two times. David Meyers, the owner and Son Tram, the management lead for our construction make a great team that explains necessary repairs, time required for each project, and insurance allowances.
