Terrible customer service. If we could rate them with zero stars, we would. When a death occurs and that person’s car gets towed (unknowing to us), one would expect a modicum of empathy. Instead we got the opposite. When we found out where the car was, we went to pick it up and they refused to take a check or credit card and didn’t care if we had to pay for another day “storage” cost since they close at 4 pm and weren’t going to wait for us to fly to the bank. They are very mean and only think about money. They left me in the rain for almost an hour when I tried to get my car back and they refused to give it back to me and they kept telling me that their office was closed at 10 a.m. even though they were open 24 hours a day, and I stayed in the rain until the manager arrived because I wanted to call the police.

Everyone on the staff was more than helpful! Leah in the office was a cheerful face during a stressful time. The towing techs helped us above and beyond! Highly recommend when you have the option. Thanks to everyone on the AC Towing team!
