We were heading home a few hours away when our cargo trailer broke down. These guys were able to tow the trailer and fix a blown wheel bearing in a day to get us home. Thankful to come across great service when we needed it!
Terrible customer service. If we could rate them with zero stars, we would. When a death occurs and that person’s car gets towed (unknowing to us), one would expect a modicum of empathy. Instead we got the opposite. When we found out where the car was, we went to pick it up and they refused to take a check or credit card and didn’t care if we had to pay for another day “storage” cost since they close at 4 pm and weren’t going to wait for us to fly to the bank.
