Honest and upfront recommendation. <br />Faster than I expected.
Sold me a 06 Highlander with 171k miles for $5300. Vehicle didn't even make it 2500 miles or a month before the transmission went out on me. Broke down 7hrs from home, doing easy highway miles. He kindly offered to put in a used transmission for $5600 or buy the vehicle back for $1,000 lol! I was able to find somebody who specializes in these Toyotas to put in a used transmission with a warranty for $2,200.
