Let me just start by saying DO NOT ever let Richard D. Jones ever talk you into allowing his son to “repair” any part of any property you unfortunately come across with his name on. My next door neighbor is selling her home and unfortunately during the storm our dividing fence fell down. Through him we had both agreed to fixing the fence ( a temporary fix ).
