I bought a boat from a person who lives in GA. My local DMV said that i needed some paperwork from 10 years ago in order to get it registered. Yes, I know that is ridiculous, especially since the boat had been owned by three other owners between D&J and myself. D & J was the owners 10 years ago. I called them and the same day they helped me. There wasn't anything to gain for them. They helped because they could. Thank you D & J.
