Facility is secure, well maintained, and office staff responds quickly when contacted.
Wish I could give zero stars but I cannot. This has to be about the sketchiest storage unit in superior. No cameras and we asked for a refund within two hours of booking as the unit next to us had 6 shady characters doing drugs in the unit. Going on week 3 trying to get refund. I cannot stress enough do not go here. Go anywhere else.
I have been pleased by my experience of utilizing Packer Storage for my storage needs. The unit was clean and secure forms affordable price. I plan to use the storage space for years to come!
Prices keep going up, but that’s expected. Storage unit is a storage unit… No better or worse than anywhere else I stored stuff. My only problem is in the winter, I have to shovel out my own unit to get into it… And they plow feet of snow in front of it when they do the driveways! It took me an hour to get my snowboard out, cause it was solid ice by the door after being plowed so tight and left for days… Can’t say much else because they bought the unit over after I moved in so I don’t know what they’re moving in state looks ... read more
