Very friendly and helpful love their customer service
I dropped my cub cadet here with an easy warranty starter replacement. They had it for months and now it runs like crap. I took it to another shop and it appears they may have used my unit for parts as the governor is trashed. Cub cadet is of no help on this either. EDIT. Apparently the owner is having a similar issue with a different customer as his the response is not related to me or my review. I didn’t eve mention they charged me for a quart of oil and cub cadet to “adjust” the spindle when I had just replaced all three ... read more
