RecommendedLets be honest, most anyone can pump a septic tank. However D & J went above and beyond. After Danielle finished pumping the tank, she noticed the baffle had fallen off. This is a critical piece and needed to be replaced. Understand my house was built in 1926 so Jake had his work cut out for him. He spent over 3 hours in 90* heat making sure the job was done correctly. When I offered to fill in the hole after it cooled down he said he wanted to finish the job and he did. Danielle did a wonderful job! She was very professional and knowledgeable. She explained everything as she did it. You can tell she takes pride in her work! Highly recommend D&J Septic. You’re in good hands.
I will never recommend this company. They have cancelled twice on us now. If you don't want to service my area then don't say you will!!!!!!
Danielle was extremely professional and hard working. She was very passionate about her job and was very informative. I would highly recommend D&J Septic Services. Scheduling was easy and the entire process was convenient and quick.
Danielle came to service our tank. I've never met a more polite and harder working individual who took the extra time to bust sludge and backflush our 1972 tank. Any service company is only as good as their team and Danielle's knowledge and explanation of how we should proceed with our septic tank gave us confidence. Request Danielle and you will get the best. We give D&J 5 stars on this one!
