Showed up without even calling 1st after I called for a quote on price. Asked me if he could take a look. Adjusted my septic timing even thou technician told me a specialist for my septic was by law the only one who can do it. I was billed for the quote on phone but he made it sound like that was a deal and I would have been charged more at regular price.
