After leaving multiple messages for a quote since May 2022, I was finally able to get a reply today, only to be told that "they have no record of me calling them", essentially calling me a liar, which left me gobsmacked. When I explained that I had left messages, and even knew the name of the man I left voicemails to, there was no attempt to figure it out, or remedy the situation.
