My pedicure was 15 minutes long and polish job looked like a 10 year old did it. Worst pedicure of my life. Never going back. Waste of 50.00
I have been coming here since 2005. I have gone to other studios in the past who spit you out like factory work. Here I have noticed Jen & Le take a real concern for their customers. They realize that that is not just a product we are looking for but an experiance too.
NO STARS HERE!!! A TERRIBLE JOB!!! FIRST TIME THERE. NO ATTENTION TO DETAILS, WE HAD A MANI-PEDI AND TOTAL TIME WAS 30 MINS. FOR BOTH. IT MADE US DIZZY THEY WENT SO FAST. THEY WENT THROUGH THE MOTIONS OF PUSHING CUTICLES BACK, CLEANING NAILS, AND SHAPING, BUT DIDN'T DO IT. WHEN YOU FILE NAILS, YOU DON'T SAW BACK AND FORTH. THEY JUST WIPED DOWN THERE TOOLS WITH THE SAME COTTON THEY USED TO WIPE THE TABLE AREA AND DIDN'T SOAK THEM, STUCK THEM BACK IN A PLASTIC POUCH. THE PLACE WAS VERY DIRTY!!!!!!
