Totally un professional and rude. I called the company and they transferred me to someone named Dean. I was asking about a run down property in my neighborhood that they owned and he got an attitude and hung up on me. Sorry that the property has been sitting there for 5 years and not to mention the fact that it is super run down. Terrible company.
Terrible. Unprofessional and rude. Your website is public , the property I was inquiring about is public record, There was absolutely no need to be rude over the phone about inquiry on the property. The point of contact for the property never called back after leaving a voicemail a month ago. WHEN DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC NO MATTER WHAT YOU MUST STAY PROFESSIONAL.
