I called D & J Mobile Home Park and talked to a Laura Murphy last week. She seemed friendly at first. I called yesterday to ask about a $40.00 credit check/criminal record check fee that she is charging for each adult which is very expensive. Most places charge $18.00 and you can get that very same info yourself. When I suggested that I just run it myself, SHE WENT BALLISTIC !
