I ordered iron doors from Johnny in February 2024. After being told we would pay only a 50% deposit, Johnny charged us the full purchase price of more than $7,000.00. We were told the doors would arrive in 30-60 days, then it became 90-120 days. Then we were told our doors would arrive at the port in Houston on June 7. That‘s when we learned the doors are made in China. June 7 came and went and Johnny promised us that the logistics company had the doors in transit, but now he did not know when they would arrive. Johnny and Krystal did a Magnificent Job picking out my BEAUTIFUL Iron door. I also purchased a wonderful panty door. I am so Blessed to have found this company. The customer service is STELLAR!!! UPDATE: On July 23, 2024 My beautiful doors were installed. I still standby my one star review. I hope they upgrade their customer service for future customers. On July 4, 2024, I went to D&J Builders Surplus to purchase wroth iron double doors. I asked the Vendor if installation was included and he stated, delivery and installation was included.
