First and foremost over priced to begin with assuming the up charge for location. You would think with extremely high prices work would be top notch wrong. I was chasing a power surge problem all after having a radio installed by them. I had to go through two new batteries an alternator too. Just to find out it was coming from exposed connectors that had power always running that was connected to factory amp instead of taping it up and neatly tucking or removing it completely they left it exposed and causing rubbing on to me... read more
Super fast and great service. I came in for a front and rear dash cam installation and was told it would take 2-3 hours, but they were done in 1. I don’t know much about cars, so it was helpful that Dave walked me through the install process, confirmed where the wires would be hidden, camera placement, and did the same after the installation. They came recommended by my body shop, all I wanted was a way to play new iPhone music thru my 2012 car which had a USB-A input and stopped working after the iPhone 14 came out. When I stopped in they first tried to offer a suggestion that would’ve been free, and cost me nothing at all. It was too complicated, so we went with a Bluetooth connection and it works beautifully. Quickly installed after it was ordered highly recommended that you bring your business here you won’t regret it!
