Scott went above and beyond what anyone else in the area did for us in our time of need. He was busy like everyone else, but still had the courtesy to call me back when I left a voicemail and help me troubleshoot my ac problem over the phone. He nailed it right on the head and our week in Peoria is saved! The simple gesture of a call back and taking the time to try to help when no one else would means so much to a traveling rv owner. I won't hesitate to call Scott first next time!
We would like to thank Scott, Kim and everybody at D & H RV. We had a slide out that was stuck in the in position it had gotten hung up on our plumbing under the kitchen sink. We strongly believe they are the best RV repair place there is. We have been going there for many many years. Scott is the best technician ever. His work is spotless. Everyone at D &H are very friendly and so helpful. They are a very reliable place of business. My wife Debbie won’t let anyone but Scott touch our 5th wheel.
