We have been contemplating getting asphalt put on our 800' plus long driveway for 14 years. Patrick Carroll of D@H Paving in Hagerstown, MD. made our driveway unusable during the winter months. Patrick Carroll stated the millings put down on our driveway would last for at least three years. Less than two weeks later, after a rain, the driveway started to rut. Patrick Carroll made two attempts to fix his work, but to no avail. I asked for my money back and he refused.
