Very satisfied with their work. Workers were friendly and professional. Worked diligently to defrost frozen water pipes. They even agreed to help a family member who had a water emergency after they finished my job.

I was having such confusing problems with my old furnace and no matter what time I called them, they were always available and polite. They were at my house several times in two weeks. I saw four different guys and each one was nice, and respectful to my house and my young children. They were thorough and accurate in their diagnostics and repair. These guys and have been out to my house a couple times in the past two weeks and when they come, they stay until it's done, they don't rush and they are efficient and knowledgeable. Fair price for an above excellent service. They have been respectful to my home, my children, and me. I will never use another company!

These guys are amazing. Had them come and fix our plumbing and they did a great job. They were the only ones who actually got to the root of the problem. Definitely would recommend them to anyone who needs heating, cooling, or plumbing work.

DH Jones is fantastic. I worked with Donna for the appointment and billing (#7021). She was friendly, helpful and professional. Jeremiah was able to get out to the house for plumbing repair within an hour. He quickly and carefully assessed the situation, got the supplies needed for the repair and had everything finished before the end of the day allowing our family to turn the water back on for the household in just a few hours. No one wants a plumbing leak but if you get one... Call D.H. Jones.

I would definitely recommend DH Jones Heating & Cooling if you need repair. The repairman who came to the house and repaired our air conditioning was very kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. The price charged was fair, also. Highly recommend.

After another heating and cooling company could not fix the problem with my furnace after two trips and yes, two service charges!, this company fixed it right and did it in half the time. The service charge was just a little higher, but at least it was fixed right the first time and worth paying $10 more. I would have gave them 4-1/2 Stars but the rating bar doesn't provide that option. I wish I would have called them first. Very courteous and professional, and even followed up after the service to ensure my satisfaction.
