They are very rude and not at all nice. They are taking down a building I lived in before a fire and all the residents was suppose to be able to have the apartments cleaned out or a chance too. Well they only want to help if you pay them extra to look or get stuff and they started two weeks early so anything we had from home that wasn't trash is now just that trash they tossed my whole house and destroyed anything and everything we had left from our lives there.
