Second chance – I was a little intimidated by the reviews on this page, but since pricing was in my interest I got an estimate from them. I did get estimates from other places and compared but D and H was the most reasonable. When the team got to work on my kitchen I was happy to see everything turning out great. I did have to call the sales guy to direct his team to fix a minor problem and all was fine. Overall I'm pretty happy to have had them work on my counter tops. Poor Customer Service – I had all new Kitchen counter tops placed. Price was very reasonable, quality of granite was okay. Problem1 - unable to communicate with installers they didn't speak any English, problem 2 they placed the wrong sink in. Gave me minimal credit for their mistake, but none the less very frustating gettting job done.
Decent Stone. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! – We had all new granite counters put in our kitchen and bathrooms. The stone is decent but the installers and customer service is awful! The installers did not speak hardly any English and were rude. Plus they wrecked by vanities when installing supports. The screw tips poked through the front of the cabinet! I have called asking for a manager 3 times and all I get is a "He is very busy". I have left a written letter for him. Three weeks and still no answer. There are plenty of oth... read more
