The service was quick, they came and got my car after a wreck within a half hour. They decided they needed my stuff in the car more than I did. (Tools, knife, jumper cables, change, etc.) When we called about getting stuff back they denied it and said they would never do that. So great for quick service, terrible if you want to keep your stuff. I guess that's the trade off nowadays?
Philip was very helpful, prompt and courteous the tow was in a rural are but he was right on time Two days later he also towed our other vehicle Thanks!
Just wanted to acknowledge, Mike George. He responded to my Triple AAA call to tow my car to Colonial. Initially it was thought the battery was dead but it ended up that my car was locked up because of a "theft system" issue. Because the back tires were locked up, he could not move the car. He tried to resolve the issues but had to go back to the shop for a different truck. He was professional, kind and determined to get my car delivered to Colonial. Thank you Mike George for a job well done!! You made my day!!
Sometimes in this world you run into angels who go above and beyond to help someone in need. Tonight this towing company actually did just that, they went above and beyond to help my daughter in her time of need while being stranded on the side of the road.
