New ownership ...the prices have taken a giant leap...my unit that I have had for 20 plus years went up 50 $ per month..outrageous price increase...I have to move...everything is done online now...
They have been sold to new management and i cant find their number. Anyone??
This place doesn't exist anymore. New owners have turned it into an unmanned facility with no warning where you have to pay with a credit card. Cash is no good here. There is no customer service whatsoever anymore. I recommend avoiding the place. My shed has a huge crack forming in the center of the shed floor and ants are coming in. It wasn't like that a few weeks ago. Got to move a lot of stuff with no notice. Very stressful.
Been using them for years. Always extremely personable and friendly!
Terrible customer service I just called to try to get a quote and they just hung up on me as soon as I said hello on the phone
