Technicians were nice, but they charged me $110 for the diagnostic fee, which I knew about, but added an additional $75 supposedly “to find the short” then $350 for a thermostat (but I said to forget putting that on right now because it’s set at 72 & I know it less expensive so he said he would do it for $250 instead of $350) I should have known something wasn’t right! Kenny is a standout, he quickly and efficiently diagnosed our issue, got it fixed within one hour. Was very personable, definitely a dude you’d be friends with. He was also very thorough on explaining some HVAC stuff pertaining to our specific unit. Thank you Kenny and DG Meyer!!
I replaced the AC in a rental unit in 2020 and now one of the AC's in my home in 2024. Both times they did a great job! Such nice guys, very professional, fast and competitive costing too. I am super happy with everything.
