RecommendedThis review is long over due, I must say, James and Nathan are very professional even though they had to deal with my personality. Their crew is great too. If something is wrong, they will make it right. I love my new floor. They have done two of my homes and I will always call them for my flooring needs. Although, they probably cringe every time they see me calling......

Love my new floors! The estimator Nate was quick and easy going, the installers worked really hard and cleaned up after them selfs! Very impressed
While the work done in our house came out fine, only thing perfect was our wood flooring, dealing with the office staff and manager was a nightmare! Every project had a "mismeasurement" that increased our budget much higher than we were comfortable. The scheduling was horrible, we were told 2 weeks to complete and ended up being over 2 months. We were lied to and lied about trying to make things our fault. I would never want anyone to experience what we did, save yourself the ongoing headache and frustration and use someone ... read more
