DFence has the potential to be a great company if they can find ways to improve customer communication. They were referred to us by LiftMaster Support via Vortex Industries out of Carrolton TX to repair our sliding gate operator. I spoke to Steve who was very knowledgeable and friendly. Steve & Team @ D-Fence have been a pleasure to work with. We got a new Cellgate system installed in our gated community May 2024. I started working with Steve back in February when we received his quote. He has been dependable and has provided great communication every step of the way. He has gone above and beyond with schedule changes due to us needing internet installed and the request for waterproof box for router, extra power supply, etc.
We had all of her gates openers replaced by this company. It took longer than expected. One of the gates still has never worked as we were told, and we were expected to work through those details with the manufacturers customer service. Now, one of the gates is no longer working and I can’t get anybody to call me back or answer the phone.
We are a supplier for D-Fence and have not been paid for our equipment. No dispute, just don't pay and won't return calls etc. Just a warning to those other suppliers out there.
