Steven did a great job installing my gate arms and circuit board last year, though he also pushed an expensive remote monitoring subscription and video setup that I declined. When I later needed a simple board replacement after lightning damage, he gave me a date and never showed. I had already purchased the part, so I just needed the installation. DFence has the potential to be a great company if they can find ways to improve customer communication. They were referred to us by LiftMaster Support via Vortex Industries out of Carrolton TX to repair our sliding gate operator. I spoke to Steve who was very knowledgeable and friendly. William came out (2 hour late with no heads-up) and worked with LiftMaster tech support to identify the issue - A dead DC motor on a 4-year old gate operator (HDSL 24UL). Steve & Team @ D-Fence have been a pleasure to work with. We got a new Cellgate system installed in our gated community May 2024. I started working with Steve back in February when we received his quote. He has been dependable and has provided great communication every step of the way. He has gone above and beyond with schedule changes due to us needing internet installed and the request for waterproof box for router, extra power supply, etc.
