DF invest was by far the worst Property Management Group I have ever leased with. September 2012, I noticed my roof was leaking in the bedroom over my bed where I sleep at night I immediately notified DF invest and they came out to look at it. In fact, they would come out every month every time I noticed it leaked or when I called the city inspector. 90% of the time you would go to the office, it would be closed and when you tried to call the voicemail was full.
