My daughter and boy freind broke down in the area on a road trip from Ohio headed to a wedding. Dave knock it out of the park on service and professionalism. He stayed past closing hours to help them get back on the road and got them fixed up right. He went above and beyond of what most shops would do . THANK YOU SIR!!! We appreciate you!!!!
David is absoultly phenomenal, speedy and knowledgeable! He went above and beyond to help us get our car up and running again. My partner and I are from Ohio and we broke down just down the road hours away from home. The shop was busy and had appointments up until close but David stayed an hour after closing just to help us get back on the road. Thank you soo much!
Don't have your car towed here if it breaks down. I had my car towed on a rainy Sunday night when the engine lost power. I spoke with them promptly and face to face Monday morning after having a night in a local hotel. Yes, they were busy. I understand that and I was polite and reasonable. But day after day went by and they never looked at the car despite having a very small number of possible diagnostic paths. I called them Friday morning and they promised they would get to it. I had such a great experience with this place, I called and the guy told me he’s booked solid but he’ll squeeze me in. I arrive and got me in and had made sure everything was accurately done and was very helpful and kind. Highly recommend
BEWARE DO NOT COME TO THIS SHOP DO NOT TALK TO DAVID PART 2 Immediately had it towed to another shop explained what was happening and they went through it. They said they heard the knocking right away and immediately knew I spun a bearing. They had the heads sent out again due to the work they had seen on it just to double check, They were also off by a couple thousands.
