Reviews are 100% accurate! This is quite possibly the most poorly operated business (if you can call it a business) in the entire city of Dallas ( and I've seen some pretty bad ones over the years.) I honestly don't know how D&f Auto is still operating in the city of Dallas, there is nothing legitimate about this place.. the owner/mechanic is Not interested in helping you fix your car, he will promise to fix your car and then after many calls and excuses as to why he hasn't fixed your car you'll be forced to get the cops/law... read more

Bad experience! people who run this place are terribly deceptive and do NOT care about customers. They will try every trick in the book to keep your car in their posession. You will not find another business in west dallas that engages in thievery at this level. This is the worst business in Dallas!! straight up BANDITS

This place is just down right horrible. Mechanic tells you it will be ready by a certain day that day comes and nothing. You try to call no answer, you show up the place is locked. When the mechanic answers he says he needs more time that it will be ready by this day guaranteed. That day comes same story but this time with excuses. When its finally ready he calls to tell you then you get there you cant get the vehicle out. Turns out another issues came up. After a whole month of having the vehicle.
