I am forever grateful. I believe it is Dr.Penn who saved my daughters life. Complications happened from Another surgeon and by Gods mercy and grace Dr. Penn stepped in and fixed the issues and she is now after being on life support for 6 weeks she will be able to finally start healing. Thank you Dr.Penn you are a guardian angel.
