I sent a pleasant email via their contact us page providing a detailed description of the problem so that it would make it easier to understand the scope of a quote. Their response two weeks later was "Call the contractor who installed it". That's it - no other common courtesy elements like, "sorry for the delay" or "we're backed up with full installs". If a business can't be polite, they shouldn't be in business.
Dennis and his crew at D.E. Miller Roofing completed a 51,000sf re-roofing project for our Senior Living Community just over two years ago. We have had no leaks or problems with wind since. Dennis is straight forward, his crew was courteous and efficient, and the safety of our residents was made a priority. Would highly recommend.
