As a fellow painter I have the utmost respect for the Mahers. When I started in the painting business 30 years ago, Donnie was already years into his career. We met in Bennett Paint store. I remember being impressed with knowledge of products. He does his own work and there hands down isn't a better painter in Tidewater. Donnie is fair priced, his knowledge of products is a catalyst to his success. If a competitor is saying this, you better believe it's true.... Jerry Simon

It is a success when you randomly pick a business and they turn out to be great. We had a large number of kitchen cabinets painted. He was reliable and did exactly what he said he would do in the time frame he said it would take. Donnie pays close attention to detail. The kitchen looks amazing. Highly recommend.

Donnie is a professional in every thing he does. He was able to access my unusual roof line like it was a piece of cake. He repaired and painted my exterior trim, repaired and painted an exterior door, painted my porch which included replacing two spindles, and spray painted my gutters. He takes pride in his work and it shows. My house looks awesome. Thank you D E Maher Jr. Painting.

Donnie just completed some interior and exterior painting at our house. This was our first time using his company. His quote for the work was fair, so we hired him. As he worked, we soon realized that his experience and attention to detail lead to excellent quality work, which in our case meant an outstanding result. Donnie is personable, knowledgeable and great to work with.
