I have an old boiler from the 50's and Scott Duck is an absolute expert in keeping the ole girl running. He's very knowledgeable and he's very fair on prices! I would NEVER use a big name place because D E Duck Heating & Cooling runs circles around any and all of them.
Always goes above and beyond to help! Has helped us so many times and even showed us how things work as the fun of first time home owners (sorry again about the batteries, Haha). Honestly amazing and just cannot say enough to express how much we appreciate everything. 6 out of 5 stars! Phenomenal and knowledgeable. Tha k you for all you do.
Scott came out as soon as he could to help fix my AC unit. My air just wasn't pushing out of my vents, and a different company wanted to charge me $8,000 to completely replace my unit and furnace, telling me it was junked. Scott fixed it in less than an hour and it's working great now. He was friendly, informative, and was able to show me everything he was talking about.
