The owner is a great guy with a ton of knowledge and professionalism. The people that work for him also know what they're doing.
Over the last 10 years, I have brought many different cars in to D E Bourque and Sons, from a 12 year old Dodge to a modern Prius. They have never ever let me down! What a gift it is to have an auto mechanic you can trust! Dave and Chris are great, and Lise is always a pleasure to deal with! They are competent, trustworthy, respectful, and very reasonable. I have been going to the Bourque's for years. You are always treated courteously, and with respect. Quality personalized service is very hard to find, but you will get it here. Repairing today's overengineered vehicles is a very tough job, but they are good. Going to a dealer you get lost in the shuffle, and anything can happen there. I would recommend The bourque's to anyone.
The owner Dave is very kind. My car was fixed quickly but was not fixed using acdelco parts as I was led to believe by the owner and the sign out front. I also would like to point out the fact that they are very over priced as I found out after the fact. Seem to fix what is wrong quickly but using inferior parts at a premium price. If in need of service again in this area would go elsewhere likely a dealer. If Im going to pay at least ill get factory parts.
Excellent Auto Mechanic. Family owned and run business who takes pride in their work and service to their customer. We have been doing business with them for 10+ years and continue to do business with them even though we now live and work outside the Holyoke area. THe staff is incredible...they will not do ANY work that is not necessary. The staff is so friendly and cheerful. They treat you as if you are family and the pricing is EXCELLENT!!! I highly reccomend giving them a try...I promise you that you will NOT regret it.
