I appreciated the time care and him listening. Brought paperwork with me from the beginning of the issue. We sat there discussed and came up with three game plans for my little one. Even my step mother approved of him. Very satisfied with the 45 minutes-1 hr visit.
Dr Heintz was great. He talked to us before and after the procedure. My daughter felt very comfortable in his care. Thank you.
Very good with kids, professional, and had us laughing and smiling on the way out with his special surprise for kids. Our daughter said 'that felt fun, not like a doctor appointment'. I feel very well informed about my child's symptoms and was spoken to as an equal and given solid choices as to how to proceed best for us.
Dr. Heintz is absolutely the best pediatric gastroenterologist in the city. He’s calm, patient, extremely knowledgeable, and great with kids. He’s been a lifesaver for me as a very neurotic and anxious mom. Our family loves and appreciates him, and we recommend him to anyone whose kids might need to see a gastro. Would give him a million stars if we could!
