My in-office experience was just okay. I am pleased with the outcome of my scleral shell, though it did take two separate visits to get it right. What I can't live with. ....EXTREMELY unprofessional behavior from billing. I have REPEATEDLY asked for a call back from a supervisor, with no response. There were two items on my June bill that my insurance denied (because there were three claims for the same line-item) of $392 each.
