This place is a joke and is dangerous, They replaced a tie rod end on a ford truck and it fell out of the adjusting sleeve. when asked about it they said we must have replaced it after we went there for an alignment. Explanation was completely idiotic. They replaced a left front hub on a Monte Carlo SS... They only put 1 of 3 mounting bolts back in and of course they did not do that, someone took the bolts out!!!Stupidity abounds at this joint
No stars. Never will go there again. Charged \$115 for two used tires. Not new used. The dad had to explain to his grown son what he was supposed to be doing. Don t waste your money with someone that does not know what they are doing.
BUYER BEWARE!~!!!!!!! D-D AUTO TIRE & SERVICE/DAVID G. OWENS 8630 SHERIDAN RD, KENOSHA, ARE CROOKS AND HAVE BEEN REPORTED TO THE STATE OF WISCONSIN DIVISION OF CONSUMER FRAUD. STAY CLEAR, THEY SAY THEY DO THE WORK, BUT THE PROBLEM WAS NOT FIXED. WENT TO ANOTHER REPAIR SHOP AND GOT IT FIXED FOR A SMALL FRACTION OF THE PRICE. WONT REFUND THE \$138 THEY CHARGED AND I PAID, BUT FOR \$138 I WILL GIVE THEM ALL OF THE NEGATIVE PUBLICY THEY WANT...MORONS!!!!
Excellent service! They are quick and their prices and low. I won t go anywhere else. I ve had tire patch jobs, replacements, and coolant flushes here and have never had a problem. If your trying to find a tire shop in town, try these guys first.
Wow, great prices! I just had a full once over for winter and I was very impressed. Oil change, coolent flush, front brakes, and winter tires mounted and spin ballanced with NITROGEN for about \$600!!! The only nitrogen dealer I have even seen in the area. The mechanic (in addition to checking all the other fluids, plugs and wires, and topping off the wiper fluid) noticed a worn out bushing that should be replaced soon. Great service, super friendly, knowledgeable, and they carry nitrogen for tires. I watched them mount a low profile tire on a brand new rim without butchering it. Great guys over there. Will definitely go to them in the future for any tire needs.
Awesome service! I just got a flat tire, I have arthritis and would not have been able to get the tire off and bring it to them, so Jeremy who works there came to my house removed the tire and brought it back to the shop. The tire was beyond repair, luckily they had a used tire in excellent condition, they put that on my rim brought it back to my house and put it back on my truck. All for under \$50.00. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends. Thanks again, Caryn
