I had asked them about repairing my refrigerator ice maker. They gave me great advice, and eventually I had a technician come out and repair it. Super helpful and professional!. I left a house key with Dawn and Dane came to the house while I was at work and got it handled. I went by a couple days later and paid the bill and got my keys back. Great people to work with, and I'll be a customer for as long as they're here!
Two days before expecting 4 family members visiting from out of state, and of course what should be a simple fridge filter change took up 7 hours of my busy day. Dumb Whirlpool fridge I own was acting up when I went to change the water filter. Would not dispense water once I changed the filter... Youtube videos didn't cut it either. And fitting for the cover over filter was so tight, no way to close it again. Why do they (China) design things like that? Nathan was so helpful!! I came in with a 1/2 of a tag for my fridge and he was able to help me find the correct part. He even went out of his way to help me with some tips to make sure it doesn’t break again!! Highly recommend!
