Never use them. My storage unit got broken into twice over here and lost everything!!!

Not sure how this place stays in business. No one answers phone or returns phone calls. Dirty, no fence whatsoever. Some units look broken into, some are full of trash. Tried to contact multiple times before I gave up and went somewhere else. Would not recommend this place.

Never have been able to contact this storage facility. I never recieved my deposit back for my unit. My grandparents have not recieved their deposit. Even wrote last month on check after calling. Checks were always cashed but you cannot get a hold of the people who run these units and my unit ruined so much of my stuff since it leaked and the door didn't shut properly. This place is a rip off!

I have been renting at this facility for 23 months. Due to illness I had to move from the area but still pay my storage. It truly is a SELF storage. All they do is take your money. I have had to call on 3 occasions, the first being when my storage was broken in to. It took me over an hour of repetitive messages to the number they tell you to call before anyone had the decency to call me back.
