I was in need of a chest freezer and will honestly admit I that I was on my way to the "big box" stores when I reminded myself that there are better local options. I'm glad I stopped because I got exactly what I wanted for a much better price than I even anticipated, and I was offered help the minute walked into the door. D&D does an amazing job of supporting our community and I will gladly support them any chance I get. Always remember to shop local when you can!

You are right, we do test all used machines before they are sold. Many newer machines make some very strange rubbing noises which differ greatly from the old machines; this can make it difficult to determine what is a "normal" noise. If he is unhappy with this machine, he is welcome to return it. At his option we can either retest the machine to see if repairs are needed, or just provide a full refund. I couldn't be happier with our buying experience at D & D Appliance. They took the time to help us weigh our options, detailed positives and negatives of each machine, and then once we picked an option, gave us great tips on the usage and maintenence of our new washer and dryer. All of this, plus their pricing was better than the big box stores. We'll be using them again for other appliances.

My fridge at daycare stopped working. Called them and in s few hours I had a new one delivered and set up. Thanks for the amazing service. Glad I shopped home town!
