There was a house in my neighborhood that put out so much trash that was not in bags. They just piled it up by their overflowing bin. D&D employees picked it ALL up! D&D... The real MVPs!
We just moved into Lincoln and had contacted multiple waste management companies for a quote on trash, recycling, and yard waste. D&D were the only company who got back to us and did so in a very prompt matter. They kept things simple and easy to work with and got trash bins delivered in quick fashion. Great company, great service and great employee's.... I was recently approached by a rep. from Husker, after stopping him mid sales pitch, I laughed him off the property.
I almost missed setting out my cans today for service. Your driver saw me. I was in the garage in my PJs grabbing my can to walk down to the curb. He walked up to the garage and took the can, emptied it, and returned it. SUCH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We have been asked many times to switch services. We will never leave D&D.
