Save your money and go somewhere else. My fiancée visited yesterday before our engagement photos, and the experience was terrible from start to finish. The technician was rude and passive-aggressive. She handed my fiancée the nail file when she asked to have an uneven nail corrected. On top of the bad attitude, the quality was awful. Within 24 hours of paying $71 for basic white polish on her fingers and toes, the polish is already completely cracked off. Completely unacceptable service and quality.
Had my nails done & 1 week later a nail broke. My school & work schedule did not allow me to get in right away. By week 2 another nail broke & the paint was starting to peel. I was finally able to make it in on the first day of week 3. By that time I had 3 broken nails & paint had peeled on 4 nails. I showed the owner & asked if they would fix the broken nails. These are the best nails I've ever had in my whole life, Rachel is so sweet and I was a little indecisive about colors and was very patient and informative about how the ombre works and trying to match my reference photo, which she nailed. I have a panic disorder and just happened to have a panic attack during my visit and I was treated very kindly, offered treats and helped me eat my snack to help me calm down and i felt no rush on trying to feel better, they were so kind to me.
Got the best French Pedicure ever here. I chose the Spa Pedicure and it did not disappoint what so ever. She was super thorough and a perfectionist when it came to clean lines. I am due with my 3rd baby in two weeks and this is exactly what I needed before labor and delivery 🩷 Thank you D and D Nails.
