Sadly, this salon has gone downhill. Used to be my go-to. Nobody does art so I couldn’t get anything but gel and a sticker. I opted out of a sticker that wouldn’t match. Nobody spoke English, so it was impossible to communicate clearly. Finally, the waxing setup was not clean. When I said something about the dirty setup, the lady was mad that she pulled out the wax, saying it is clean. When I pointed out the wax and hair stuck to the tools, she tried to act like it wasn’t there. Wish I’d have taken a picture! So gross!
Wonderful experience! Got a pedicure and builder gel manicure today. The nail tech doing my pedicure did a phenomenal foot massage and even application of regular nail polish. The nail tech doing my builder gel manicure took her time to perfect the shape/natural effect I wanted. She applied the gel/polish with precision and high attention to every detail. The #4 pedicure with 30 minute massage is heavenly!! They have new massage chairs that were great as well.
