took my quad here, had them rebuild the carburetor, change gas lines, and put a name brand filter on. a few months later, my carburetor is spewing gas everywhere. I take it back in, this time they did the work for free, but they didn't fix it ,because the next time I took it out, it was leaking gas again. they said it wasn't rebuildable. come to find out, I took it to another shop, but we had to take the carb out to take it to the other shop, and we saw that they didn't repl… See more

Great experience from start to finish with the purchase of our “new to us” jet ski. From sales to service every step was fantastic. Our jet ski runs like a champ and pulls my kids on a tube and knee board like it’s brand new. Thanks for making our experience a smooth one. I highly recommend you guys.

Great parts selection and great customer service
I have had the WORST experience with this shop. I bought my motorcycle from them in December 2019. Literally 5 days after I bought it spent over a month and a half in the shop because the gas tank had a crack in it and I was leaking gas everywhere I was riding. I have ran in to many problems after that. The major thing is when the whole top end of the motor needed to be replaced after not even putting 2,000 miles on the bike. With d&d’s being one of the only jet ski repair shops around I decided to give them a shot, after the experience I have had the last 3 weeks I would not recommend to anyone. We spent $1000 in a new wiring harness and asked him to have it running by the next weekend, we took it out and it still didn’t run. Being that I JUST paid the $1000 to have it “running” and it wasn’t I figured he would be genuine enough to figure out the next problem. Instead he called me 3 days in a row… See more
